Progress Reports/ Interims

    All grades are recorded on line in Grades 3-8 via Power School . Parents are encouraged to use the “Parent Access” to this system to keep track of their child’s marks.  A code will be assigned to each family after signing an agreement regarding the system. There is no fee attached.

   Interims are given each Trimester in Grades 1-8 mid way through the term. This enables the parent to assess a student’s progress. Parents are urged to contact the teacher if they are in need of help or information concerning grades. All teachers have an e-mail listed on the web page.

   Progress Reports are distributed three times a year. A Progress Report will match the grades on Power School . Grades include assignments and assessments that were given during the trimester. A code of “NHI” means a student did not hand in the work. A code of “EX” means a student was excused from that particular assignment. “AB” indicates the student was absent.

   Pre K and Kindergarten will issue periodic evaluation reports. A Progress Report is issued in both of these grades.
